QC Kinetix is excited to announce an opening in our Naples and Fort Myers offices.

QC Kinetix is a non-surgical concierge regenerative medicine practice with clinics across the US. The current position is for two days a week.

Responsibilities Include:

-Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

-Provide exceptional customer service

– Confirms and schedule patient appointments, as well as cancellations, no-shows, and rescheduling requests

– Checks in/out all patient using the software

– Ensure all patients sign appropriate consents for the procedure they are receiving

– Develops and maintains a thorough working knowledge of all services, pricing, and products as well as all standard operating procedures, protocols and policies.

– Demonstrate hospitality and professionalism to all patients

– Perform miscellaneous duties assign by the office manager

– Detail oriented with basic technological skills

– Reliable transportation
