The Role
To assist us on this journey, we are looking for an HR Administrator. This is a support role that touches all aspects of the HR portfolio as well as some aspects of Health, Safety & Wellbeing.
This is a part-time, permanent role at 24-25 hours per week, across 4-5 days.
Key Responsibilities
· Maintaining and improving upon our newly implemented HRIS
· Assisting hiring managers with recruiting, on- and off-boarding
· Preparing employment agreements and creating HR documentation
· Producing reports and assisting with analysis on people-related metrics
· Being the main liaison for the payroll provider (outsourced) regarding application of company policy and process
· Providing managers with information, support and guidance on people-related processes
· Coordination of learning and development activities including providing training and guidance on people-related processes
· Assist with coordinating reward and remuneration activities
This role will be pivotal in ensuring the day-to-day operational activities are well cared for. The HR Manager will assist with tasks but also needs to be freed-up to create and implement a roadmap to this vision… this is where you come in!
While the role will be primarily focused on operational activities, there will be opportunity to assist with projects and initiatives.

· You are hungry to learn, know how to research and find information with little direction, and you’re not afraid to ask questions to find the best solutions.
· Your attention to detail, ability to communicate, and organisational skills are a strength. You enjoy variety and can prioritise your workload to ensure delivery of what’s important.
· You’re likely to be someone who has proven their ability as an HR Administrator or entry-level Coordinator in a similar role and are looking for further exposure to all things HR in a small business.
