QLM Search is partnering a major Private Equity Fund that is looking to appoint a Chief Operations Officer.

The fund has a portfolio of investments in the manufacturing sector and they wish to integrate the business units into one operating company.

Key responsibilities include:

• Create and hold full responsibility for the supply chain PMO, including strategic and operational management of a highly complex manufacturing and distribution network
• Leading, influencing and developing a team of high calibre leaders responsible for manufacturing, engineering, technology, and supply chain activities
• Driving the simplification of production processes through standardization, technology and innovation, and the implementation of Lean methodologies
• Building integrated processes in supply chain by working with all functions in the Group and tracking performance through effective KPIs, budgeting and forecasting

You must have the ability to lead and motivate a large team combined with a strategic approach to implementing innovation and technology to drive operating performance.
