Quail Ridge Country Club
Quail Ridge Country Club is a retirement village set in historic and beautiful Kerikeri. The village is currently under construction and on completion we will have an extensive range of facilities and features, everything from independent living villas to a care facility.
We are seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to join our team at Quail Ridge Country Club.
This role includes reception duties and provides administrative support to the Sales Manager and Village Manager.
We are offering an exciting and varied role in a stimulating atmosphere to a flexible team player. This role would suit someone who loves variety and who can effectively juggle a number of tasks at any one time.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have strong communication skills and customer service ethos
- Be a team player, willing to turn their hand to anything
- Have a high level of accuracy and be able to prioritise
- Be able to work to deadlines
- Be proficient in MS Suite, particularly Word, Powerpoint and Excel
This is a full-time role Monday – Friday, however some weekend work maybe required from time to time for Open Days and promotional events.
