Essential Functions:

• Ensure compliance with established processes as data flows through respective software programs.
• Manage employee application to termination, client prospect to termination, and student application to course completion processes.
• Enter, maintain, and correct data as it flows from respective processes and software programs.
• Prepare related reports on a regular and as-needed basis.
• Ensure timely and accurate labor reporting from employees.
• Ensure timely invoicing of customers and receipts of payment from them.
• Reconcile all cash balances.
• Audit and reconcile records and reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform general office duties such as typing memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
• Inventory, order, organize, and store office supplies and appropriate forms.
• Prepare meeting spaces for scheduled meetings.
• Provide general support for team members related to supplies and meeting preparation.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years experience in office work
• Human Resource experience
• Basic Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and Outlook with the ability to create a letter or basic spreadsheet. Typing skills of 60 wpm preferred.
• Demonstration of excellent customer service capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Demonstrates ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing work conditions and/or project requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and projects at once.
• Demonstrated ability to accept responsibility and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to complete special projects on a timely basis as assigned.
