You will be working with a domestic and international clientele.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Processing and recording of reservations.

Processing of all daily charges occured by guests.

Check in and check out guests

Daily reconciliation of charges ( Night Audit)

Daily guest room assignment..

Co-ordination with house keeping.

Room readiness inspections, Quality control.

Concierge Services.

All of the above involves working with established hospitality computer programs.

Proactively, efficiently and politely dealing with any guests concerns.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour

Experience:

• Hotel & Accommodations Guest Services Staff: 1 year (Preferred)
