Queen of Clean Services Ltd Hiring for Accommodation Supervisor Job at Galway , Ireland Full Time

Accommodation Supervisor needed for various short term lets in Galway City Centre. The role will be 5 days per week, over 7 days – Monday – Sunday, start time approx. 9 am – 5 pm.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that all accommodation is presented and managed to the highest possible standards, enabling best-in-class customer experience
• Ensures that the cleaning and maintenance of each property is completed to highest possible standards
• Accurate and prompt fault reporting of any internal or external fixtures/fittings
• Ensures properties are inspected and checked during both departures and pre-arrivals, so that that all utilities are in a good, serviceable working condition
• Makes sure that all persons who work in/at properties, do so in the safest possible way and without risk to themselves or others
• Checks and inspects all: lighting, heating, electrical appliances etc. are all working and in a safe, serviceable condition
• Monitor use of equipment and materials and order and stock controls them.
• Ensure all equipment, machinery and cleaning stores are kept tidy and safe
• Ensure all staff that work in/on the properties present a professional image at all times
• Ensures professional and timely fault reporting to head office
• Recruitment, training and development of the housekeeping/cleaning team

Requirements

• Must have previous accommodation management or supervision experience
• Direct cleaning experience is desirable however training on how to inspect cleaning standards will be given
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Proven ability to plan and produce high standards of completed works
• Excellent interpersonal skills, punctual and polite
• Ability to provide accurate reports via MS or App based software
• Confident and presentable
• Driving License essential
