We are looking for a Content Manager to join Quinio. You will be responsible for creating, improving, and maintaining content to achieve Quinio’s goals. Your duties will include sharing content to increase brand awareness and monitoring web traffic and metrics to identify best practices.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with proven creative writing skills. You must be able to work to deadlines and have attention to detail. If you are also an expert in optimizing content and maintaining brand consistency, we would like to meet you. The primary goal for this role will be to oversee all content marketing initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency, and a positive customer experience.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Demonstrable work experience as a Content Manager
• Practical experience with MS Office and WordPress. Design skills a plus (Adobe Suite / Photoshop)
• Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
• Knowledge of SEO positioning and web traffic metrics
• Familiarity with social media
• Excellent writing and spelling skills in Spanish and English
• Attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Key Tasks

• Develop a content strategy that aligns with short and long-term marketing goals
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and create content, styles, and layouts for sites
• Create and publish engaging content
• Edit, review, and improve writers’ posts
• Coordinate with content writers to ensure brand consistency
• Optimize content according to SEO parameters
• Utilize content management systems to analyze web traffic and user engagement metrics
• Manage content distribution to social media platforms and online channels to increase web traffic
• Develop an editorial calendar and ensure that the content team is prepared
• Ensure legal compliance (e.g. data protection and copyright)
• Keep abreast of new developments and generate new ideas to attract the attention of the audience
