100% REMOTE Work

Customer Service Representative I – 6 months contract (may extend beyond)

6 months contract – may extend to 12 months. Remote work – US 8am -4:30pm PACIFIC TIME WORK – Pay range – $18.70 to $32.02 Depending on specific market rate.

We don’t need someone with multiple years of CSR Experience. This is lower level.

The candidate would run an open order report for items that are on backorder from the previous day. Emails will be sent to the order contact using an email template providing the customer with the expected delivery date.

Reschedule items on backorder will require running another report. Emails using a template in outlook will be sent to those customers affected notifying them the item has been rescheduled and provide the updated delivery date. Once both reports are cleared, new and rescheduled, working in Esker CI will be continuous throughout the day. Categorizing customer inquiries received in the main customer service inbox will be the focus.

• Categorizing customer inquiries to ensure the appropriate teams work on the customer request in a timely manner.

• Microsoft 365 – Outlook, Proficient in Excel – basic/intermediate level, customer service background
