We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our business development team in the EMEA region. In this role, you will lead the generation of qualified leads for our Account Executives. You will be the first point of contact for the Quit Genius sales team and will generate interest and demand for the Quit Genius product to large employers, healthcare professionals, consultants, and insurers across EMEA. Our ideal candidate will be someone who aligns with our mission, who has significant experience working across multiple markets in the EMEA region and has the potential to lead and grow a pre-sales team.
Responsibilities
Identify, contact, and qualify the most important accounts and decision makers from large employers, healthcare systems, consultants, and insurance providers in the region
Create and refine outreach content, sales messaging and qualifying techniques that excites prospects
Maintain clean records and manage a pipeline in all sales technology we use for analytics and strategy purposes
Work closely alongside the Commercial Director to strategise and open opportunities in markets within the EMEA region
Contribute to our team-oriented and learning addiction culture
Work cross functionally and execute tasks outside of the normal day to day as needed to deliver outcomes toward achievement of EMEA revenue goals
The background we are looking for
5+ years 1st line sales experience at our current stage and beyond ($10 – $30M ARR range, high growth)
Experience using sales technologies e.g., Salesforce, SalesLoft
Grit and determination – not afraid of rejection
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to build relationships with key decision makers
A consultative approach to clients
Strategic approach to decision making
Data driven and results orientated
High levels of energy and enthusiasm
Self-starter nature and easily adaptable
