Our client is looking for an administrator to join their team and to work across the different functions of the business giving general administration support. This is a varied and interesting permanent role and can be worked on a full time or part time basis.

Role Responsibilities:

• General Finance administration duties
• Work with Marketing on all relevant duties, assisting with presentations, getting material ready for product launches
• Organise samples of products to be sent to customers
• Take orders from customers and assign to relevant departments for dispatch
• Data entry
• Deal with any General Enquiries & Service Support queries
• Customer service
• Ad hoc duties as required

Key Experience & skills needed:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise & multitask
• IT Literate
• Strong time management skills
