Our client is looking for an administrator to join their team and to work across the different functions of the business giving general administration support. This is a varied and interesting permanent role and can be worked on a full time or part time basis.
Role Responsibilities:
- General Finance administration duties
- Work with Marketing on all relevant duties, assisting with presentations, getting material ready for product launches
- Organise samples of products to be sent to customers
- Take orders from customers and assign to relevant departments for dispatch
- Data entry
- Deal with any General Enquiries & Service Support queries
- Customer service
- Ad hoc duties as required
Key Experience & skills needed:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise & multitask
- IT Literate
- Strong time management skills
