Contribute to business development, by attending to queries that clients/prospects make to the commercial area by clients, to follow up on their concerns and resolve the situation as soon as possible.

Performance Objetives

• Carry out the search for prospects to work on it.
• Serve and support the external client with their commercial and administrative requirements.
• Guarantee the correct delivery of the SOP between the sales executive, operations executive and the client.
• Carry out Cross and Up selling, detecting and communicating opportunities to the commercial executive.
• Make and analyze urgent quotes in case the seller is not available.
• Prospecting and developing assigned clients.
• Maintain and develop household accounts.
• Serve and support the external customer with their operational requirements.
• Facilitate and coordinate communication between the client and operations executive (if required by the client).
• Analyze the best service options that can be offered to customers, according to their needs.
• Keep the client informed about the market situation of the different lanes they manage.
• Keep updating quotes to household accounts, whether for regular business or spot charges.
• Develop new business opportunities with existing clients.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in international Trade, logistics or relevant fields.
• Minimum 2 years of freight forwarding customer support experience required.
