In this role you will collaborate with Agribusiness Managers to develop and maintain long term client relationships and business growth through the completion of efficient and effective credit submissions. Day-to-day, this role will collaborate and take transaction/request ownership within the deal team. Showing ability to proficiently offer details in terms of presenting a report for formal approval following key principles and guidelines with clear and concise articulation of the proposed transaction, rationale and source of funds.

To be successful in this role you will have solid experience in a similar role within banking with an agribusiness focus. You will have an understanding of and ability to manage facility reviews and maturities, account excesses, ongoing covenant and compliance monitoring and group lending reviews in a timely manner to a high standard. You will have a good knowledge of the rural industry and specialised financial products as well as the Banks’ interests, sectors and products. You will be building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external clients so excellent stakeholder engagement is essential. Ideally you will have a degree in Finance, Economics or Agriculture.
