• Effective and compliant day to day management/execution of Transaction Monitoring, Screening and all the associated processes.
• Demonstrate risk culture awareness and practices, through performing role in adherence to Rabobank policies, procedures and values
• Meet or exceed quality assurance targets.
• Contribution to Rabobank Corporate Social Responsibility
• Enhance customer service and customer (internal/external) satisfaction
• Continuous Improvement Initiatives implemented and adopted.
• Maintain Operational controls to minimise operational risk to the Bank
• Display a culture of individual ownership of tasks to embed a clear individual sense of accountability in performing the role
