Joining our Graduate Programme, you’ll receive well-rounded employment experience, career development and mentorship in a structured 18 month programme. You will spend time in different areas of the bank and in different locations around the country.

To be eligible for the programme you’ll need to have completed a tertiary qualification in the last 12 months, or be working to completion prior to the commencement of the program in February 2023. The program is seeking qualifications from graduates in Commerce, Business, Agriculture, Sustainability, Finance or similar. We’re looking for ambitious grads who are keen to learn, grow and be challenged from within an agribusiness banking environment.
