We are helping a US Real Estate Broker find a Real Estate Virtual Assistant to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in appointment scheduling, social media, and CRM. They will also have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule appointments for real estate agents
- Post listings on social media and respond to inquiries
- Enter data into CRM systems
- Other administrative tasks as needed
- Assist licensed real estate agents and brokers with advertising, social media postings, mailings, transaction assistance, emails, and filing.
- Keep online files organized and neat.
- Cold call leads.
- Keep leads organized in Real Estate CRM.
- Follow-up with clients.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a real estate or similar setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
- Must have a strong working knowledge of major social media sites.
- Strong spoken and written English skills.
