Program Control at Radiance enjoys a “cradle-to-grave” approach for the financial management of our direct contracts which promotes an understanding of the full contract lifecycle. A Program Control Analyst will support the day-to-day contract financial requirements and can expect to interact and collaborate with the Program Manager as well as various departments such as Accounting, Billings, Contracts, Payroll, Procurement, Subcontracts, and Executive Management during the execution of a program to provide reporting, analysis, risk resolution and support on all financial aspects of a contract. Radiance Technologies has awards with numerous agencies resulting in various contract types (CPFF/CPFF-LOE, T&M, FFP, OTA) promoting a dynamic environment ensuring there is always something new to learn.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field required)

• Competent in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a clearance

• Must be a highly motivated self-starter

• The successful candidate should be able to work independently with little supervision and work well with others in a collaborative environment

• Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  Desired Qualifications

• 3+ years in Program Control/Budget Analyst position

• Experience in developing Budgets from contract award, EACs, and financial reports (FMERs, CFSRs, CPRs, etc.)

• Experience in Deltek Costpoint & Planning modules

• Familiarity with various contract types (to include, IDIQ, BPA, Cost, T&M, and Fixed Price), GSA Schedules, and OTAs.

• Good communication skills

• Active clearance
