The Radisson Hotel Salt Lake City Downtown, located at a walking distance to downtown attractions and events, is looking for an energetic individual to our Front Office team as a Front Office Representative.
Our exciting and fast paced Hotel offers a break from the repetition, with no two days that are ever the same. We are proud to offer package that includes competitive pay, generous vacation package, 7 paid holidays, and excellent benefit package for fulltime employees.
Salary starting at $15.00 per hour. We are also offering a $500 signing bonus after the completion of our probationary period.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a Yes I Can! attitude, great organizational skills and people friendly persona who will provide quality service to guests during check-in/check-out processes and through-out their stay.
Responsibilities:
Provide 100% Guest Satisfaction through efficient and effective guest interactions.
Assist guests at check-in and check-out.
Process guest credit at check-in.
Record special billing instructions.
Handle cash transactions.
Help guests resolve any issues that may occur during stay.
Coordinate with other departments as needed to assure quality service.
Promote hotel attractions & services.
Keep current on local attractions and events.
Requirements:
Must have strong communications skills, able to interact with guests and clients effectively to solve problems
Must have High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Knowledge of Opera PMS beneficial
Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently; bi-lingual skills a plus
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to occasionally lift 25-50lbs.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
Must be able to pass a background check.
