We manufacture, sell, and service instruments that detect, measure, and weigh – from the infinitely small with the highest accuracy requirements for use across the world’s largest pharmaceutical firms, and laboratories.About this Position: Radwag needs an Office Assistant to work at our Radwag USA office in the North Miami Beach, FL area. The Office assistant is responsible for completing duties and tasks assigned by the Service/Sales department such as handling incoming calls, managing files in a database, updating paperwork, and performing other general office clerk duties. These tasks will be related to Sales/Service support. The Office assistant will have direct contact with clients and will assist the sales department and service department on day-to-day operations.Job Duties:

• Answer telephone calls and assist customers in a professional manner.
• Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with company clients.
• Process orders and ensure all clients information is correct.
• Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence.
• Update managers and the sales team by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries.
• Update customer records in the company database as required.
• Collaborate with the sales staff to monitor active purchase orders and make sure that orders are completed on time.
• Communicate with distributors in regards of Past dues, sales and marketing materials, Policies updates and more.
• Shipping, quotes, and documentation preparation for shipping locally and internationally UPS/FedEx and freight companies.
• Follow all companies’ policies and procedures

Office Assistant Skills and Qualifications: Educational / Experience-High School degree or equivalent. Some college is desirable-Minimum of 1-year administrative experienceCommunication Skills-Bilingual English – Spanish-Effective written and verbal skills, ability to interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operation and procedure manuals- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsOther Skills-Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office-Attention to the detail-Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously-Proactive and self-motivated. Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
