Raglan Bakehouse Cafe and Roast Looking for Bakers at Raglan, Waikato Full Time

We are a bakery based in Raglan in the Waikato area. Since we’ve opened our business has seen an increase in demand for our products. We are now looking for 2 bakers to join our team.

The successful applicants need to be:

• Experienced baker – We want people who are experienced, qualification not necessity. (Will be making pies, sausage rolls, quiches, desserts, everything that is needed within our bakery)
• Work under pressure – we are busy during the summer months; therefore, applicants must be able to handle pressure and help others out when we are busy.
• High level of work ethic – come to work on time, take pride in creating good food for our customers, and take care of having a clean and staff working environment. 
• Good customer service – There might be times that our bakers will need to provide customer service to our customers. Therefore, applicants must be able to be okay with dealing with people.  
• MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER – the right bakers will need to be able to fit in our close team. We work hard together and motivate each other to ensure that success together.

• Working in a busy but friendly store – where you’re able to challenge your creative self.  
• We provide a welcoming supportive work environment for all our staff.  
• We offer a minimum of 30 hours per week. 7-day roster work hours from 5am am to 5 pm (Monday to Friday) and 6am to 4pm (Saturday to Sunday). 
• We will offer between $25.00 to $30.00 per house to the right applicants with the right skills.
