This position is responsible for overseeing integrated marketing and public relations campaigns for Rancho Pescadero. Responsibilities include creating, implementing and measuring the success of comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations strategy that will further position the hotels within the marketplace. Ensure consistency of published content (updated photos, videos and copy) across all hotel and outlet listings on various websites and print publications, both internal and external while maintaining brand standards.

• 5+ years professional experience in marketing field.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing or related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Office, graphic design experience a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, evaluate and execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Proven experience working within cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal skills to communicate effectively to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Displays high level of ownership over projects and ability to work independently, self-starter, self-motivated, and has an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Extreme attention to detail and an eye for effective creative/photography assets.
• Must be deadline driven and able to multi-task and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment.
