We are looking for a full time Business Office Assistant!

SUMMARY: Provides excellent customer service to all residents, visitors and fellow co-workers. Assisting with AP/AR and HR.

Coordinates payroll to ensure successful completion of documentation and transactions.
Work requires professional written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to organize, document and implement detailed programs.
Must be motivated and detail-oriented. Ability to grasp new concepts quickly in a fast paced environment and demonstrate complex problem solving skills.
Must have attention to detail.
Ability to train employees on use of time clock.
Processing, onboarding of new employees including set up of orientation.
Receipting of payments of residents.
Receipting of dietary sales.
Ability to keep employee files up to date with all pertinent information.
Ability to communicate well with residents, visitors, family and fellow employees.
Distribute mail to residents and coworkers.
Ability to multi-task and take initiative to problem solve.
Ability to answer multi-phone lines with courtesy and professionalism.
This position requires standing, sitting, stooping, bending and some lifting.
Tracking of evaluations due and communicate to managers.
Other duties may be added as necessary.
