Randox Laboratories Hiring For /ADMO – Biochip Formulation Administrator at Dungloe, County Donegal Full Time

Randox Laboratories has an opportunity for highly motivated and dedicated individual to work within our growing Biochip Formulation Department in Dungloe as a Biochip Formulation Administrator.

Key tasks and responsibilities:
Coordinating departmental training – conducting training reviews, maintaining staff training plans, raising and completing training events.

Maintenance of Documentation – Reviewing and updating Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, Bills of Materials, Formulation Work Instructions, QC Test Instructions

Works Order Processing – raising, issuing, and completing W/O

Scanning and archiving of paperwork for clean room and QC

Productivity Reports – Collating data, completion of KPI spreadsheets, data analysis and presentation

Second checks of production and QC paperwork

Monitoring of equipment calibration schedules

Adherence to company Positive Work Environment Policies, Health and Safety procedures, and the maintenance of a safe working environment.

The candidate:Essential:
Computer literate with experience in the use and application of Microsoft Office packages

Desirable:
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment

Use of electronic stock control systems

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in an administrative role.
