Aerospace engineering company in Jupiter looking for an Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable clerk. Temp to perm or direct hire for the right candidate. Pay range is $50-$60k/year. They offer excellent benefits, PTO, 401k match and stock options. Deltek Costpoint or similar ERP system experience.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable Vouchering.
• Entering vendors and employees expense reports into Costpoint
• Purchase Order Vouchering.
• Clearing Purchase Orders using a 3-way matching process in Costpoint.
• Responding to all vendor enquiries
• Preparing weekly cash disbursements
• Preparing weekly Accounts Payable Accrual Report
• Filing and maintaining all historical records
• Accounting Mail Distribution
• Entering Cash Receipts into Costpoint
