Customer heavy administrative assistant position with our client in Vaudreuil-Dorion.

Responsibilities

  • Take orders from customers
  • Enter customer orders into the system
  • Confirm order receipts
  • Answer calls
  • Prepare and file various sales documents and dispatch.


Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in administration desired.
  • Experience in distribution industry a plus.
  • Good computer skills a must.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
