We are looking for a temporary office coordinator with a high probability of permanence for a large company located in Ville Saint Laurent (Technoparc) in the field of life sciences.
***Proficiency in English and French (oral and written)***

Position: Administrative coordinator seated at the reception
Place of work: Ville Saint Laurent (Technoparc)
Industry: Science
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday (8 am to 4.30 pm)
Salary: $20-25 per hour

Start date: as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Answering calls
• Track and coordinate work orders
• Sort, assign and process invoices
• Contact service providers for service calls
• Create and maintain access cards
• Mail management and ordering office supplies
• Reservation of conference rooms

Qualifications

• Bilingualism
• Relevant experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant or similar role
• Customer oriented, team player
• Organisational and administrative skills
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Spirit of initiative,
• Good knowledge of the Office Suite
