Randstad New Zealand Looking for Call Centre Operator – Government at Whanganui, Wanganui-Manawatu, New Zealand Full Time

Great opportunity for a tech-savvy customer service superstar! Located in the heart of Whanganui.

Temporary contract – ASAP start which will run until June 2024.

The Role

• Call centre/first point of contact to the public nationwide
• Adhoc administration duties
• Full-time, Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm (one-hour unpaid break)
• Rotating weekend roster (work one weekend every three weeks, 9am – 2 pm)
• $28 per hour + 8% Holiday Pay
• Central Whanganui

To Be Successful We Are Looking For

• Must be available asap
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• Natural team players, able to work collaboratively, as well as autonomously
• Strong experience in both customer service/contact centre or administration
• Must be tech-savvy
• Ability to absorb and relay a large scope of information and work across multiple systems
