Position Overview

As a Cusotmer Service Represantative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of any office. Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Providing product information and assistance with troubleshooting
• Addressing and resolving customer complaints or concerns
