We are seeking highly organised and detail-oriented individuals as a Service Desk Representative – Level 1/Level 2 on various temporary contracts within a government agency. If you possess a strong customer service background and have a genuine interest in technology, Join our team for a rewarding and dynamic experience in various temporary roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to government employees and key stakeholders
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues at both Level 1 and Level 2, ensuring prompt resolution and adherence to government security protocols.
• Document and track support requests, maintaining meticulous records for compliance and auditing purposes.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles tailored to government-specific technology environments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service is essential; government or public sector experience is a plus.
• Basic to intermediate technical proficiency, with a strong interest in technology and a commitment to staying current on government security policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a regulated and security-conscious environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies specific to government operations.
