Company: Large Wellington organization is seeking a tech-savvy professional to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. They offer a flexible and collaborative work environment with very supportive management!
Role: Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support through phone calls, emails, and the occasional ticket. Training will be provided.
About You: To be considered for this position, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:
- Experience in service desk environment.
- Experience troubleshooting Microsoft 365 and Windows 10.
- Can start work immediately.
- Available to work from Monday to Friday.
- Ability to provide two valid references.
- Must have New Zealand working rights.
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn.
- A clear credit history.
