Randstad New Zealand Looking for Personal Assistant at Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand Full Time

We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to join a dynamic, purpose-driven team supporting environmental and scientific outcomes across Aotearoa New Zealand. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside senior leadership and play a critical role in supporting projects that directly impact our land, biodiversity, and communities.

This role is all about enabling high performance. You’ll provide confidential, high-level executive and administrative support to Tier 2 leaders across Māori Partnerships and Science functions. You’ll be the go-to person behind the scenes, helping leaders stay organised, informed, and focused on strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and support internal and external engagements
• Prepare documentation including board and executive papers
• Liaise confidently with stakeholders across the organisation and externally
• Organise travel and events, and manage correspondence with professionalism and discretion
• Develop and maintain efficient administrative systems and processes
• Handle confidential and urgent matters with care and sound judgment

What You Bring

• Proven experience in a senior PA or executive support role
• Exceptional organisation, communication, and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic document systems (e.g., SharePoint)
• A proactive, can-do attitude with an eye for detail
• Experience with event management and financial administration
• A commitment to continuous learning, including cultural development in a Te Tiriti context
