We are recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk for a well-established and admired organization in Boca Raton. Our ideal candidate will be a team player who takes initiative and possess at least three years year of working experience in Accounts Payable. This role is a great opprtunity for someone who is looking to grow professionally as well.

Responsibilities

• Verify approval on all invoices and check requests

• Ensure invoices are coded to the correct general ledger accounts

• Prepare and process payments for subsidiaries

• Liaison between Corporate departments and Vendors

• Process invoices

• Audits and verifies expenses reports utilizing Concur

• Reconciles vendor statements

• 5+ years Accounts Payable experience

• Experience with NetSuite preferred

• Experience with QuickBooks Online preferred

• Accounts Payable Workflow is preferred
