Do you have experience with full cycle collections? We are seeking a candidate that can work closely with cross-functional teams including, revenue team members, other Shared Services groups and field operations to effectively address and resolve issues. If you have excellent people and customer service skills, a track record of process improvement and excellent teamwork skills along with an ability to work in an ever-changing environment, Apply now! This is an 2 month Contract HOURS WILL BE 30-40 HOURS WEEKLY

salary: $22 – $25 per hour

work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing and collection all the outstanding accounts receivables form clients and customers

• Using Excel to navigate the past due invoices

• Reducing the amount of accounts receivables

• Resolve billing and customer credit issues

• Take actions to encourage timely debt payments

Skills

• Collections (2 years of experience is required)

• Reconciliation (2 years of experience is required)

• Excel (2 years of experience is required)
