Call Center Specialist – Finance

You will be making 50-60 outbound phone calls to vendors. NO COLD CALLING! This is not a customer facing role. Some positions have the opportunity to work remotely but training is done onsite so residing in Minneapolis/St Paul area is necessary. Pay: $15.50-16.00/HR Depending on Experience Location: Minneapolis, MN Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM -5:00 PM Interested? Responsibilities

Responsible for performing a variety of loan documentation duties. Functions include: processing; closing and compliance on loans; reviewing completed loan packages against system data; correcting errors to loan packages and/or system data; obtaining missing information; may resolve exception processing issues. Required Qualifications: 6+ months of administrative experience, customers/people interaction experience, or a combination of both demonstrated through work or military experience Desired Qualifications: Basic Microsoft Office skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
