HR Coordinator
In search of a Human Resources professional with at least two year’s experience for a HR Coordinator temp to hire position in Smyrna, TN. We are looking for team members who consistently display an attitude of excellence and the ability to put themselves in the customers shoes. A qualified candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, have experience in handling confidential information and be able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
Responsible for implementing effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for employment
Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
Screen resumes and applications
Perform in person and phone interviews with candidates
Collaroborate with hiring manager and HR staff during the offer process
Perform reference and background checks; administer drug tests and company assessments
Onboard new employees, create badges, process new hire paperwork
Conduct new employee orientations
