A well-established manufacturer in Clearwater, FL is seeking an Inventory Specialist to join their team on 1st shift. This position is paying $17- $20 per hour DOE Qualifications:

• HS diploma or GED

• 1 year related experience and/or training preferred.

• Forklift certification preferred

• Experience with MRO systems is a MUST

• The ideal candidate MUST be able to pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Utilize appropriate quality assurance practices and policies to ensure that all processes/ transactions conform to company requirements

• Know the proper documentation of all packed parts. Know the flow of process for products.

• Responsible for knowing the contents of applicable work instructions and procedure and understand the implications of not know the guidelines and policies.

• Identify, communicate process problems quickly and effectively to minimize errors.

• Responsible for proper documentation on notification to proper person on discrepancies no inbound freight or MRO’s.

• Notify proper individuals about quality, productivity and processes, supply issues and/or actions to correct these issues.

• Perform periodic cycle counts.

• Reconcile inventory

• Maintain daily Visibility functions.

• Maintain production reports, including loc to loc product movement.

• Participate in TS-16949 and Continuous Improvement requirements.

• Must be cross trained in shipping, to help when required.
