Machine Operator

This company values training and encourages professional growth. This company is a state of the art medical device facility located in Johns Creek, GA. Pay Rate:$16.50 – $16.50 Hours: 6:30pm – 6:30am (night shift)

Responsibilities

*Operating computerized manufacturing CNC and packaging machines in a FDA Regulated Clean Zone Department

*Performing equipment changes

*Using calibrated measurement equipment

*Identifying defects in product

*Performing corrective actions and quality checks

*Troubleshooting

*Maintenance support

*Performing 5s and autonomous maintenance as needed

*Following SOP’s and directives

*Accurate and detailed documentation

*Good and timely communication

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 30lbs

• standing for 10 hours at one time

• working up to 6 hrs of overtime per week

• working weekends

Skills

• Manufacturing (1 year of experience is preferred)
