Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and executing marketing campaigns, including budget management.

• Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop content for various marketing channels.

• Coordinate events and trade shows, photo and video shoots, manage vendors, and perform follow-up activities.

• Manage the CRM system and maintain the company’s digital marketing channels.

• Analyze and report on marketing metrics, such as website traffic and social media engagement.

• Maintain relationships with external partners and support sales teams with lead generation activities.

• Conduct customer surveys and provide feedback to internal teams to improve product development and customer experience.

• Order and track product sample requests.

• Conduct competitor and industry analysis.
