Production/Machine Operator

Responsibilities

a) Initialize program of the cell attached to the robot

b) Manual primer application / activator / finishing of the part

c) Parameters adjustments in the HMI

d) Quality check acc to the control plan

e) Load components on the workstation to use along the shift

f) Set-up of the line (auto loading line and also encaps line)

g) Changeover of the robot handle tool

h) Respect the FR sett-up for the production / be sure all naked glass are ready to be loaded

i) Close racks after production

j) Basic maintenance checklist, including check of pressure of the equipment, temperature and

humidity of the environment

k) Housekeeping of the area / cell

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes
