Our client is looking for a Project Manager to do on-site reviews for a 6+mo contract in North Carolina
Responsibilities:
CANIDATES MUST RESIDE IN NORTH CAROLINA. CANDIDATES WILL BE CONDUCTING IN-PERSON SITE VISITS.
The overarching responsibility for this position is to ensure North Carolina Medicaid providers are providing legitimate services and are operating within the required administrative code rules by completing site visits at the providers listed service location(s). The site asessor will operate solo and travel daily to various provider locations across North Carolina. Overnight stays at hotels are required at times (maybe once/twice a month), based on the reviewer’s travel schedule for a given week.
North Carolina Onsite Reviewer Job Duties:
Travel daily to various provider site locations.
Conduct site visits at various locations across the State of North Carolina and bordering states;
Execute the site visit checklist and ask questions of the provider in accordance to the protocol;
Ability to thoroughly document the site visit with correct grammar and punctuation; documentation must convey a story of the site visit experience;
Document the result of the site visit according to the protocol, and work in accordance with the QA department by meeting all deadlines;
Make a recommendation from the findings of the site visit to enroll a new provider in Medicaid based on the information gathered during the site visit;
Maintain confidentiality, at all times, regarding provider/site visit information;
Meet work standards (e.g. productivity, quality, and customer-service standards);
Collaborate well with team members and foster team work;
Resolve provider concerns and identify work process improvements;
Pay attention to detail with the ability to document observations with accurate results;
Exhibit excellent technical skills;
Flexible, self-starter possessing intellectual curiosity;
Excellent oral presentation and written communication skills;
Work on special projects as designated by Operations Supervisor or Manager.
Qualifications:
Required skills or licensures include;
Associate degree, iPad/ tablet experience, dictation skills, Microsoft office skills, good sense of direction, valid driver’s license, good driving record and auto insurance certificate;
Solid organization and time management skills;
Honest, reliable, self-motivated: and
Ability to actively listen and record the answers given by the provider clearly and accurately in the site visit application
Ability to work independently, and within a team environment, without direct supervision.
