Project Coordinator – Senior

The Program Management team is part of Creative Center, client’s in-house agency that envisions and creates a wide range of client, prospect and internal communications under the Central Marketing umbrella. The agency’s work spans virtually every marketing channel and is rooted in our deep knowledge of the client’s brand, its purpose and its many audiences.

Responsibilities

Specific responsibilities include:

• Setting up project schedules and resources in the agency’s program management system, Workfront

• Supporting the Program Management department with daily tasks such as coordinating meetings, recording minutes and distributing to the team

• Keeping track of time, managing multiple priorities, inputting data into the vendor management system, and pulling reports and analyzing data

• Attending project kickoffs, internal reviews and creative presentations and keeping detailed notes; communicating next steps to the team

• Learning how to manage cross-office communication and balance needs of the team in multiple time zones
