We are looking for a property accountant to work a hybrid role based out of Potomac, Maryland. The ideal candidate has at least three to five years of experience in a similar position, and has a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Candidates must be willing to travel to the office at least three days per week.

salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM – 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports monthly

• Maintain accuracy of the general ledger

• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting monthly

• Responsible for AP entry and cash disbursement

• Budget analysis
