Higher education nonprofit in Washington, DC hiring for a remote contract recruiter for 2-3 months. Responsible for managing 20 requisitions using Ceridian Dayforce. Dayforce and academic, nonprofit, or higher education experience strongly preferred. Reporting into the Senior Human Resources Director and responsible for intake calls with managers, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and negotiating offers.
