Research Analyst Legal Affairs

Randstad is seeking a Research Analyst for the legal affairs department of our client in New York. The Research Analyst Legal Affairs position reviews, analyzes and summarizes new and existing state and federal legislation and regulations impacting the assigned division. This position provides support for contract-related matters, ongoing regulatory compliance and other research projects as assigned. Position can be located in Long Island City or Albany, NY.

Responsibilities

• Drafting provider agreements and amendments

• Performing detailed language analysis of all designated contracts

• Reviewing provider agreements to ensure quality control, compliance with State and Federal regulations as well as accreditation standards, and compliance with internal Health Net operations, products and financial arrangements.
