Ranfac Corp. Hiring for Quality Assurance Specialist – Medical Device at Avon, MA Full Time

Job Description Requirements:

• Support the development and implementation of improved quality reporting measures.
• Lead on all customer audits, ISO audits and internal audits.
• Perform training and management for the Quality Management System
• Handles and maintains customer complaints and investigations
• Schedules environmental testing
• Releases the product’s sterile product
• Maintains approved suppliers List and supplier support
• Revises and provides document control for standard operating produces, revisions, and training to those revisions
• Contributing to QMS processes including training, non-conforming material, CAPA and inspection processes
• Reviews records for compliance such as inspection reports, test records, and Device History Records

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Discipline
• 5-7 years of Quality Assurance in medical device preferred
• ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)
• Risk Management experience
• Quality management system administration background

Other Requirements:

• Dedicated, dependable and self-motivated
• Strong in Microsoft Office applications
• Very strong internal and external communication skills both in writing and verbally
• Team player and strong ability to train and collaborate with all team members
• Ability to effectively prepare and deliver technical reports, meetings, training, reports, and presentations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
