Position Summary:

• Perform a wide range of administrative and floor support recording/documenting training.
• Working in a team environment to achieve organizational goals and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop training videos of processes and procedures for the bakery
• Streamline training process for new hires
• Maintenance and organization of training.
• 80% of the time will be spent on the production floor
• The role will require documenting and recording learnings for all positions in the facility.
• Reports directly to the Production Supervisor
• Attention to detail and computer proficiency required Strong verbal and written communication skills

Education and Work History:

• High School diploma required.
• Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software.
• Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment.
• Communication skills : written and verbal.
• Strong computer skills organizing.
• Prioritizing Specialized Skills Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Flexible schedule
