Rang Technologies Inc. Hiring for HR coordinator at Remote Full Time

Job Summary:

As a coordinator to our Early-In Career Engagement team, you will create and maintain resources and processes to organize our campus recruitment efforts. Additionally, you will provide support to our early-in career programs in various capacities, including meeting coordination, maintaining documentation, campus and university relations research, and involvement in our GOglobal rotation program. You will report to the Graduate Sourcing & Recruiting Expert.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain data tracking materials.
• Work on key metrics to measure project/program success
• Engage with a wide number of stakeholders, choosing appropriate communication channels and systems, to support and oversee important projects/activities.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across organizational levels
• Organizational savviness, strong influencing skills
• Robust project management and MS office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Enjoy working in a multicultural, virtual matrix environment, with a fun and energetic global team
• The ability to perform a variety of administrative work with accuracy, speed, and confidentiality
• The ability to work efficiently in a remote setting

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree or in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or relevant field
• A good understanding of HR processes and analytics
• Demonstrated ability to handle high complexity projects
• Strong Communication & Collaboration skills
• Excellent computer skills, including experience with Power Point and Excel are critical
• Demonstrated ability to work appropriately with confidential information
