Job Title: Sr. Coordinator

Location: Remote

Type: Contract – 5 months

Description:

• The Data Tables and Service Delivery Sr. Coordinator is responsible to validate the completeness and accuracy of all incoming service requests based on business and compliance requirements.
• Once confirmed the Sr. Coordinator will assign the request to a team member for processing.
• This position is also responsible to submit and track to completion systems access requests or termination of same for our third-party processing vendors.
• The Sr. Coordinator will additionally process all difficulty level 1 service requests and provide training for new colleagues in the Coordinator position.
