- Provide administrative support for VP R&D and departmental heads.
Administrative duties:
- Arranging meetings, organizing offsite events (workshops, celebrations, etc.), managing calendars, preparing expense reports, purchasing office materials, etc.
Accounting support duties:
- Preparing purchase orders, handling invoices, etc.
Skills: .
- Must be a self-starter, able to work independently with little direction
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), especially in working with Excel sheets
- Strong organizational skills, time management and ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Contract length: 18 months
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $24.00 – $25.00 per hour
