Role Objective
- Take Rappi CRM capabilities to the next level by driving intelligence to campaign execution across all CRM squads.
Main Responsibilities
- Increase share of orders and revenue generated by automated campaigns in all operating markets Implement a test-and-scale dynamic based on user behavior
- Identify and consolidate CRM team’s tooling capabilities and needs to further improve results
Key Requirements
- Implement automated CRM campaigns and recommendations to increase user engagement and reorder rates
- Analyze performance of current campaigns and iterate in accordance to results and business goals, and share with relevant stakeholders
- Work closely with BI and product to enhance CRM activities with new features as user recommendation algorythms to boost campaign performance.
- Improve overall CRM performance by working together with all CRM squads to understand current processes and help them leverage on automation capabilities.
Desired Requirements
- Extremely data driven and analytic profile, with high orientation to details and execution
- SQL, data analytics
- CRM / online marketing experience
- Language:Fluent in Spanish and English
- Academic background: Economics, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related
